Developer eyes land near Chesterfield airport for $50M hangar project
Blackbird Partners is proposing to build eight aircraft hangars across 13 acres near the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield. Each of the hangars will be available for sale. Construction on the project, called The Nest at SUS, could start in early 2027.
